  1. Minimums And Maximums
  2.      There are several minimums and maximums that the player must abide by when playing Roulette.  These can be broken down into two groups; Chip minimums and maximums, and betting minimums and maximums.
  3.      When a player buys chips at a table he or she may set the value each chip will represent.  This value must be between the minimum and maximum chip values for the table.
  4.      For any given table there are many betting minimums and maximums that must be obeyed when a player makes a wager.  Roulette Supreme has three betting minimums and three betting maximums that apply to different wagers made on the table.
  5.       Every single outside bet must be above the outside minimum for the table.  Every single inside bet must be above the single bet minimum for the table.  Additionally the total of all inside bets must be above the inside bet minimum for the table.
